Fake Cop

There's a high number of second hand cop cars on the Indianapolis streets, usually repossessed by obviously non-cop black folks. Tinted windows and double rear view mirrors are retained; bumper stickers for fallen officers remain smeared across the back. Drivers slow down when they pass.
They warrant a double-take, and probably prevent pull-overs by authorities who don't look twice.
But it's kind of a bummer having fake cops around.
More jaunts in the voluntary panopticon.

Also in cars: The other day I saw a dashboard mirror festooned with fuzzy twenty-sided dice!

  1. Wadda-woy-uld it would be if we just had cops of that age in those uniforms. They could use old people powers to simply guilt people out of crimes in progress. Or pieces of delicious ribbon candy.
